COACHING
My approach
I don't have your answers. I never will. They're not mine to have.
What I can do is notice. The patterns you can't see because you're standing too close to them. The story you keep telling yourself that stopped being true a while ago. The thing you mention twice in one sentence and never come back to.
Coaching, to me, is holding a light steady on the places you've kept in the dark or you haven't looked at yet. Once the light's on, what you do with it is yours. I'm not here to tell you what it means or what to do about it. That part's on you.

Coaching only works if there's something real to work with. A retreat cracks something open — the kind of awe and connection that doesn't happen behind a desk or over a screen. That's not a sales pitch, it's just true. I've watched it happen enough times to trust it.
So I only coach people who've been through a Getting There retreat first. Not as a gate but as a foundation. We're not starting from a stranger's intake form. We're starting from something we've already been through together.
How it works
Weekly or biweekly conversations.
No script, no framework I'm forcing your life into. Just honest conversation, real questions, and enough silence for you to actually hear yourself think.
Tell me where you are. I'll reply myself.
